1.记录精确的锅炉,洗衣和蒸汽,空调系统的指示数据.
2.维护所有的额外的系统，已能够调整锅炉和洗衣系统，空调系统的质量。
3.对酒店所有领域的设备故障做出及时反映。
4.保养家居并执行预防性的维修系统。
5.确保所有储藏箱的清洁
6.及时补充设备材料。
1中专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识，具备高压、低压电工证及空调证。
3.能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
5.身体健康，精力充沛。
