1、开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供干净的卫生环境。
2、服从领班安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作。
3、准时参加班前会，熟知领班宣布的每日客人预订情况，重要团体、宴会等各种信息，以及酒店部门的有关精神。
4、遵守酒店及部门规定的各项制度。
5、清洁和存放设备。
6、协助检查和接收物品。
1、有相关工作经验者优先。
2、有较强的责任心、工作认真踏实。
3、熟悉机械操作、电器常识。
4、熟悉化学用品基本知识，日常清洁常识。
