1. 负责礼宾部的日常运营和管理,确保服务质量和效率达到酒店标准。
2. 监督和指导礼宾部员工的工作,包括接待、行李服务、信息咨询等,确保客户满意度。
3. 处理客户投诉和特殊需求,及时协调解决,提升客户体验。
4. 制定和优化礼宾部的工作流程和服务标准,提高部门整体运营水平。
5. 定期组织礼宾部员工的培训和考核,提升员工的专业技能和服务意识。
6. 与其他部门保持密切沟通,协调解决跨部门问题,确保酒店运营顺畅。
7. 负责礼宾部的物资管理和预算控制,合理使用资源,降低成本。
5. 熟悉酒店运营流程和服务标准,具备制定和优化工作流程的能力。
6. 熟练使用办公软件和酒店管理系统,具备一定的数据分析能力。
7. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力,能够进行基本的国际客户沟通。
