1. 协助礼宾部经理统筹管理行李服务及宾客接待等日常运营工作，确保服务流程标准化与客户体验一致性；
2. 负责礼宾部员工排班、业务培训、服务质量督导及绩效反馈，持续提升团队专业素养与服务响应能力；
3. 处理宾客重大投诉、特殊需求及突发事件，协调跨部门资源及时响应，维护酒店服务声誉；
4. 参与制定并优化礼宾服务标准、应急预案及服务升级方案，配合酒店服务质量管理体系落地执行；
5. 定期分析宾客满意度数据与服务短板，提出改进建议并推动落实。
1. 具备5年及以上高星级酒店礼宾部或前厅部相关工作经验，其中不少于2年基层管理经验；
2. 熟悉国际酒店集团服务标准（如万豪、洲际、希尔顿等）及中国《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》相关要求；
3. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统（PMS）；
4. 持有国家认可的酒店管理类职业资格证书者优先（如中级以上酒店职业经理人资格证）；
5. 具备较强的组织协调能力、应急处理能力及跨文化沟通素养，认同服务行业价值观；
6. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，符合岗位所涉行业从业基本要求。
