1. 协助完成客户接待、引导及基础服务支持工作，确保服务流程顺畅。
2. 负责来访人员登记、物品寄存及相关信息记录，保持工作区域整洁有序。
3. 配合团队完成日常运营中的辅助性事务，包括资料传递、环境维护等。
4. 主动响应客户需求，提供必要的咨询与帮助，提升客户满意度。
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）学历，专业不限，具备基本服务意识。
2. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作认真负责。
3. 能够适应轮班安排，遵守岗位纪律，服从工作调配。
