1. 负责酒店大堂的迎宾工作，以热情、专业的态度迎接和送别每一位客人，为客人提供优质的礼宾服务。
2. 协助客人搬运行李，确保行李安全、准确地送达客人房间或指定地点，并在过程中与客人保持良好沟通。
3. 为客人提供关于酒店设施、服务及周边环境的详细信息，解答客人的咨询，满足客人的合理需求。
4. 维护大堂秩序，确保大堂环境整洁、有序，及时发现并处理大堂内的异常情况。
5. 协助其他部门完成相关工作，如为客人提供叫车服务、协助预订餐厅或景点门票等。
6. 记录客人的特殊需求或反馈，及时上报给相关部门，以便为客人提供更加个性化的服务。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店礼宾或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉礼宾服务流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够以热情、耐心的态度为客人提供服务。
4. 身体健康，形象气质佳，具备一定的体力，能够胜任搬运行李等工作。
5. 具备较强的应变能力和解决问题的能力，能够在面对突发情况时迅速作出反应。
6. 熟练掌握一门外语（如英语）者优先，以便更好地为国际客人提供服务。
