负责酒店宾客迎送、引导及行李协助服务，提供专业、友善、及时的礼宾支持。
熟练办理访客登记、叫车预约、票务代办、信息咨询、物品寄存等日常礼宾事务，确保服务流程规范高效。
主动识别宾客需求，协同前厅、客房、安保等部门提供个性化服务，提升客户满意度与服务体验。
中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职业高中），旅游服务类、酒店管理、航空服务、礼仪主持等相关专业优先。
具备1年及以上酒店、高端物业、会所或大型商业综合体前台/礼宾/客户服务类岗位工作经验，熟悉服务标准与操作流程。
形象端正，举止得体，具备良好的沟通表达能力、应变能力及服务意识；普通话标准，能使用基础英语进行简单交流者优先。
具备较强的责任心与团队协作精神，能适应轮班制工作安排，无不良从业记录。
