1、负责为客人提供行李搬运、寄存及提取服务，确保行李安全无误
2、热情接待抵离酒店客人，协助客人上下车及开关车门
3、准确解答客人关于酒店设施、服务的咨询，提供周边交通及旅游信息
4、协助维持大堂区域秩序，保持礼宾台整洁及工作设备完好
5、及时响应前台及其他部门的协作需求，完成宾客服务衔接工作
6、记录每日行李寄存及转交台账，严格执行贵重物品保管流程
.1、高中及以上学历
2、1年以上酒店礼宾/行李服务或相关客户服务岗位经验
3、掌握基础英语会话能力，能进行简单业务沟通
4、具备较强的服务意识与应变能力，举止得体礼貌
5、身体健康，能适应站立工作及轮班制（含夜班）
6、熟悉珠海本地交通、景点及商业设施者优先
