统筹管理酒店礼宾部日常运营，包括行李寄存与递送、宾客接送协调、票务及旅游咨询等服务；
指导并培训礼宾团队成员，确保服务标准统一、响应及时、客户体验优质；
处理宾客特殊需求及突发情况，协调前厅、客房、餐饮等部门提供高效协同支持；
维护重要宾客档案及服务偏好记录，提升个性化服务水平与客户忠诚度；
定期优化礼宾服务流程与话术，参与服务质量检查与改进计划。
高中及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先；
具备3年以上高端酒店或国际品牌酒店礼宾岗位工作经验，其中至少1年团队带教或协助管理经验；
熟悉酒店运营流程及主流预订系统（如Opera），具备较强的多任务处理与应急协调能力；
普通话流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能独立完成外籍宾客接待与书面沟通；
形象端正，服务意识强，具备出色的沟通表达、人际交往及抗压能力。
