1. 负责根据生产计划，准确、高效地完成砧板3岗位的食材切割、分拣及初步处理工作，确保食材符合后续加工要求。
2. 严格按照食品安全标准和操作规范，对食材进行清洗、消毒及分类存放，防止交叉污染，保障食品质量与安全。
3. 协助厨师团队进行食材准备，根据菜单需求及时调整食材处理量，确保生产流程顺畅。
4. 参与厨房日常清洁与整理工作，保持工作区域整洁有序，营造良好的工作环境。
5. 具备良好的责任心和团队合作精神，能够适应厨房快节奏的工作环境。
6. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有有效的健康证明
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，食品加工、烹饪或相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上砧板或相关厨房岗位工作经验，熟悉食材处理流程及食品安全标准。
