1.Participate as a team player and establishes strong working relationships to deliver positive results.

5.Prepare treatment room (bed, sheet/towels, oils and bath robe).

准备理疗房间（床，床单/毛巾，精油，浴袍）

6.Understand and anticipates customer’s needs, takes action to address customer needs and strives to

exceed customer expectation.

预见客户的需要，努力完成并超越客人的需求

7.Understands the benefits of each massage, body treatment, and massage /treatment flow and is able to explain this to guest.

理解并能很好地为客人解释每个护理的功效作用及其按摩/护理的流程

8.Conduct spa orientation for new guests.

为新客人介绍水疗的理念

9.Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.

始终高标准的保持个人卫生和对客用品的卫生

10.Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

建立维持良好的客户关系

11.Maintains the highest level of discretion and privacy during the guest present.

小心谨慎地保护客人隐私
