负责烧烤菜品的研发、制作及出品质量控制,确保口味稳定与食品安全
制定并优化烧烤加工流程和操作标准,提升厨房工作效率
管理烧烤区域的原材料使用与成本控制,合理规划每日备货量
指导并培训烧烤岗位员工,提升团队整体技术水平
落实厨房卫生管理与安全操作规范,确保符合食品安全相关法规要求
根据门店运营情况,配合调整菜单结构与季节性产品更新
具有3年以上餐饮行业工作经验,其中至少2年担任烧烤岗位或相关主厨职务
熟悉各类烧烤食材特性及烹饪工艺,具备独立研发烧烤菜品能力
掌握食品安全与厨房卫生管理基本知识,持有健康证及相关从业资格证书
具备良好的团队协作能力和现场管理能力,能适应餐饮高峰时段工作节奏
无传染性疾病或其他影响食品卫生的健康问题,符合国家法律法规规定的就业条件
