· 完成砧板岗位的各项出品工作。
· 负责火锅及海鲜姿造类菜品的砧板切配工作，确保食材切割规格符合出品标准
· 负责厨房各种原材料的保管和使用。
· 按照各种菜式的份量标准及搭配要求处理日常工作。
有两年火锅砧板或砧板工作经验优先考虑
