1、按照下达的任务单，制作各种甜点产品。
2、保证餐品的品控，保证顾客的用餐品质，为顾客提供优质的服务。
3、提出面点新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。
4、必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品。
1、高中学历，在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验1年以上。
2、了解食品卫生法，能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作。
3、熟悉西式面包制作，有一定的创新意识 。
