1、开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境；
2、服从主管安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作；
3、爱护设备物品，做好保养维护工作；
4、保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求，做好收尾工作；
1、男女不限，吃苦耐劳，男性60岁以下，女性55岁以下。
2、身体健康，精力充沛。有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实。
3、了解各种餐具用具的牌号、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。
4、了解各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法
