【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店厨房各类中式菜肴的烹饪制作，确保菜品质量与出品标准
2、根据菜单要求进行食材准备、刀工处理和火候掌控
3、保持工作区域整洁卫生，严格执行食品安全操作规范
4、协助研发新菜品并参与菜单更新工作
5、合理控制食材损耗，做好成本管控
【岗位要求】
1、同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、接受过专业技术训练优先。
3、有丰富的技术及行政经验。
4、懂得成本核算，食物原料及食品营养知识。
5、身体健康，精力充沛。
