【岗位职责】
1、负责蒸制各种菜品
2、及时向上级汇报本部的食品储存量，协助部门上级制订食品采购计划。
3、严格执行食品卫生法规，把好食品卫生质量关，负责本区域的卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。
【岗位要求】
1、为人正直，有责任心。
2、有2年以上蒸菜工作经验，熟知食品安全体系方面的知识
3、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。
