Salary: 5000 - 6000
1. 全面负责行政酒廊的日常运营管理，包括服务质量管控、人员排班、成本控制及安全合规管理；
2. 主导宾客接待、礼宾服务、餐饮出品协调及个性化需求响应，持续提升高净值客户满意度；
3. 制定并落实行政酒廊服务标准、操作流程及应急预案，确保符合酒店集团品牌规范与国家服务标准；
4. 组织员工培训与绩效辅导，建设专业化、高执行力的服务团队；
5. 协同前厅部、餐饮部及市场营销部，参与客户关系维护、会员计划推广及增值服务设计。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上五星级酒店前厅部或行政酒廊主管岗位工作经验；
3. 熟悉国际品牌酒店运营体系，具备较强的中英文沟通能力及客户服务意识；
4. 持有国家认可的酒店类职业资格证书者优先（如中级以上饭店职业经理人、侍酒师等）。
