1. 按照标准配方与工艺规范,独立完成广式点心(如虾饺、烧卖、叉烧包、蛋挞等)的制作、成型、蒸制、烘烤及装盘;
2. 配合主厨完成每日出品计划,确保点心出品质量、口味、外观及食品安全符合酒店餐饮服务标准;
3. 严格执行厨房卫生管理制度,落实食材验收、储存、加工及工器具清洁消毒等操作规范;
4. 参与新品研发试做及季节性菜单点心更新工作,按要求完成样品制作与反馈;
5. 协同后厨团队完成备料、传菜、收档等日常协作任务,保障厨房高效有序运转。
1. 烹饪类相关专业应届毕业生,或具备1年以内餐饮实习经验,熟悉广式点心基础制作流程;
2. 持有有效健康证明,了解基本食品安全常识,愿意接受系统化岗位培训;
3. 具备良好的学习能力、动手能力及团队协作意识,能适应厨房轮班与快节奏工作环境;
4. 具备基础中文读写能力,可准确理解标准化作业指引及食品安全标签信息。
