2、根据标准食谱和操作流程，确保冷菜出品质量稳定、造型美观
3、负责冷菜原料的验收、储存及保鲜管理，确保食品安全与卫生
4、定期研发季节性冷菜新品，丰富菜单选择
5、维护冷菜间设备设施，保持工作区域整洁有序

2、熟悉食品安全规范及厨房卫生标准
3、能适应早晚班次安排，具备团队协作意识
