1. 负责各餐厅日常运营管理，确保服务流程规范、客户体验优质及运营目标达成。
2. 组织员工排班、培训及绩效评估，提升团队协作效率与服务专业性。
3. 监督库存管理、成本控制及财务报表编制，保障运营效益与资源合理利用。
4. 处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护品牌形象与宾客满意度。
5. 执行卫生、安全及消防标准，确保工作环境符合法律法规要求。
6.听从部门领导的工作安排。
1. 大专学历及以上，形象好气质佳。
2. 具备国际酒店或餐饮行业工作经验3年及以上。
3. 熟悉餐饮运营流程、酒水知识及客户服务标准，具备基础财务分析能力。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队领导能力及应急处理能力。
5. 能够适应轮班工作安排，包括周末及节假日。
