1.协助市场销售总监管理部门日常事务,计划和分配工作,确保始终拥有人数适合的员工团队;
2.参与制定部门年度预算、酒店的营销计划、业务计划及财务计划;
3.制定并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率显著上升,提高平均房价,提升业务量,增加餐饮和宴会销售;
4.准备每月报表和销售预测,分析当前和潜在的营销趋势,规划各种活动以增加营收与市场份额,并监督员工工作绩效,确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划;
5.同主要客户和外部相关人员建立并保持良好的关系,借此增加团体和/或会议业务量;
6.安排在酒店内举办的会议及业务团队活动,与其他酒店级别的部门协调,共同完成销售部门与潜在客户达成的协议中规定的各项服务等。
1.市场营销或相关领域大专或更高学历。
2.酒店业或酒店销售与市场营销领域工作经验4年及以上。
3.具备领导销售团队的直接管理经验,或教育背景加工作经验达到同等水平。
