· 依据工作量和高峰期等因素对工作进行分配及变更。
· 进行质量检查。
· 配合客房部满足酒店和客人的要求。
· 确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还。
· 协调特别项目，如设备常规检修；存储用品。
· 保持足够的库存水平。
· 按要求完成库存盘点工作。
· 与上级领导和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。
· 熟练使用微软办公软件
· 具有组织和培训能力
· 拥有在相似规模酒店2年洗衣房工作经验，包括的管理经验或培训经验。
