Salary: 4000 - 5000
1、根据集团总部合规管理和内控规定要求，建立适合公司发展的法务工作流程；
2、完成公司各类法律事务处理、法律风险规避、合同管理、法律意识宣传等法务管理工作；
3、负责审核（修改完善）公司所有合同、协议、重要发文、重要规章制度的合法性；
4、监督公司重要合同洽谈及招投标等工作，提出相应法律意见，在过程中利用法律手段维护公司权益；
5、协助上级做好其它日常工作，负责对公司各部门的生产、经营、管理活动提供法律咨询服务；
6、在授权下负责办理公司的法律纠纷，规避各类法律风险；
7、及时掌握最新法律法规并传达至各个相关部门，制定对策及培训方案；
8、负责合同审核建档归档，严格按照流程进行；及时完成线上、线下归档工作
9、完成领导交办的其它工作。
1、全日制法学专业本科及以上学历，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试；
2、1-3年公司内控、合规工作经验优先考虑，熟悉公司法、合同法、经济法、劳动法、财税法等法律法规及其他规范性文件，熟悉公司治理、规范运作方面专业知识及操作流程；
3、能独立开展合同审查、法律咨询、法律风险管控等相关工作；
4、良好的职业操守，法律思维严谨、逻辑性强，正直、诚实、公正；
5、优秀的文书写作能力与语言表达能力。
