1. 根据客人要求，将行李、餐食、洗涤物品等送至客房，确保客人的需求得到及时满足
Responsible for delivering items requested by guests to their rooms on time, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly.
2. 进行房间巡查，确保客房设备设施正常运行，如电视、空调等。
Conduct room inspections to ensure that room facilities and equipment are functioning properly, such as televisions, air conditioning, etc.
3. 处理客人的问询和需求，并提供相关信息和指引服务。
Handle guests’ inquiries and needs, and provide relevant information and guidance services.
4. 保持客房部的整洁和有序，随时准备好满足客人的需求。
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the room division, always ready to meet guests’ needs.
5. 协助其他部门完成客房清洁，如收取客房废品和床上用品。
Assist other departments in completing room cleaning, such as collecting room waste and bedding.
6. 确保一切清洁、服务、开夜床的程序严格遵守。
Ensure proper procedures incleaning, servicing, turning down beds are strictly followed.
