1. 负责监督酒店楼层的客房及公共区域（含走廊、电梯厅、楼梯间等）的清洁保养工作，确保符合集团统一的服务标准与卫生规范；
2. 按照操作流程监督完成客房清扫、布草更换、物品补充、消毒消杀，及时上报异常情况；
3. 妥善保管清洁工具、耗材及设备，执行节能降耗要求，保障作业安全与现场秩序；
4. 监督主管、领班。服务员完成计划性深度清洁、周期性专项保洁及临时性突击任务；
5. 协助行政管家处理部门相关工作，服从工作安排，遵守酒店管理制度，维护职业形象，为住客提供整洁、舒适、安全的住宿环境。
1. 大专及以上学历，具备2年及以上国际酒店同岗位相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉客房清洁标准化流程，良好的服务意识与质量把控；
3. 身体健康，能胜任重复性体力劳动，具备良好的责任心、细致度及团队协作精神；
