1. 负责楼层客房的清洁与整理工作，确保客房环境整洁、卫生，达到酒店标准。
2. 及时响应客人需求，提供客房服务，如补充客房用品、更换床单被罩等。
3. 检查客房设施设备的完好性，发现损坏或故障及时报修，确保客人使用安全。
4. 协助前台处理客人入住、退房等相关事宜，提供必要的帮助与指引。
5. 参与楼层安全巡查，确保楼层区域的安全无隐患。
6. 收集客人反馈意见，及时向上级汇报，以便不断改进服务质量。
1. 不限学历，有楼层服务员或相关酒店服务工作经验者优先考虑。
2. 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够热情、耐心地对待每一位客人。
3. 工作认真负责，注重细节，能够按照酒店标准完成客房清洁与整理工作。
4. 身体健康，能够适应酒店行业的工作节奏和体力要求。
5. 具备基本的团队协作精神，能够与同事共同完成楼层服务任务。
6. 遵守酒店规章制度，具有良好的职业道德和操守。
