员工团队
•指导员工日常事务，计划与分配工作，为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，解决各类员工矛盾，提高员工绩效
•按照政府要求和安全法规教育和培训全体员工。确保员工接受适当的培训，保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备
•通过与其它部门领导进行日常沟通和协作促进团队协作、提高服务质量
•可能需要在高峰时段协助客房部员工工作，并协助大清洁项目
宾客体验
•检查公共区域、客房/套房、设备、床单是否干净整洁，状态良好，向团队成员提出改进建议
•承担客房部全部例行职责，包括但不限于整理床铺、吸尘打扫等，确保宾客满意
•处理宾客投诉和特殊要求，让宾客百分百满意
•满足宾客、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求
财务回报
•帮助制定部门运营预算和财务计划。监控预算、控制费用，重点是提升工作效率
•维持适宜的库存水平，控制每间客房的消耗品与人力成本（例如：床上用品、浴室布草的再利用和洗衣房运营等）
企业责任
•及时、高效订购各种所需物资和设备，减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保（如：循环使用容器、节约清洁剂等）
•可能需要负责维护关于安全保管拾遗物件的规程
•完成其它分配的任务。
任职资格：
•高中、中等学历或同等学历，1年客房部工作经验，需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验。
•必须能掌握本地语言。
