Hiring Salary: 4000 - 4500
1、负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营管理，确保服务质量和卫生标准符合酒店要求
2、督导楼层服务员的工作分配、培训和绩效考核
3、检查客房清洁状况及设施设备运行情况，及时处理异常问题
4、协调前台、工程等部门，保障客房高效周转和及时维修
5、管理楼层物资消耗，控制运营成本
6、处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提升客户满意度
7、执行酒店安全管理制度，确保楼层区域安全
1、具备酒店服务行业工作经验者优先，筹备经验优先
2、良好的服务意识和团队管理能力
3、能适应倒班工作制，吃苦耐劳
4、具备基础的电脑操作能力
5、沟通协调能力强，能妥善处理突发事件
6、工作细致认真，责任心强
