1、监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行；
2、根据与工作需要，设计并组织楼层服务员培训和会议；
3、监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行：臥室服务、卫生间服务、洗衣服务、清洁服务、布巾维护，就这些标准和培训需求提供持续性的改进建议；
4、排列抵店客人客房的优先顺序，配合前台满足酒店和客人的要求，并处理客人所有的特殊要求。确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还，管理酒店的遗失财物；
5、监督客房部人员，以确保向所有客人和内部客户提供及时和礼貌的服务。
1、高中或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相当的大专学历
2、具备1年酒店客房工作经验，包括的管理经验或培训经验
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力
4、身体健康，能够适应楼层工作环境的体力要求
