Salary: 4000 - 6000
1. 负责酒店暖通空调（HVAC）、给排水、电梯、锅炉、发电机组等机电设备的日常巡检、维护保养及故障处理；
2. 按计划执行预防性维护任务，及时记录设备运行状态及维修情况，确保设施安全、稳定、高效运行；
3. 配合工程部完成设备改造、升级及新装项目的安装调试与验收工作；
4. 严格遵守酒店安全操作规程及国家特种设备相关管理规定，落实作业许可与能源节约要求；
5. 协助应对突发性设备故障及应急事件，保障酒店运营连续性与宾客体验。
1. 持有有效的低压电工作业操作证，具备制冷与空调设备运行操作或维修相关特种作业资格者优先；
2. 具备3年以上五星级酒店或大型商业物业机电设备运维经验
3. 熟悉《特种设备安全法》《建筑电气设计规范》《公共建筑节能设计标准》等法规及技术标准；
4. 责任心强，具备良好的安全意识、团队协作能力及服务导向思维。
