机修工 Mechanical Technician

1、Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed

2、Abide to regulation concerned strictly, make equipment of kitchen, health club, laundry and all the AC、
refrigerator, freezer and cold store in good order.

3、 Finish maintenance of equipment based on the work plan, and take down.

4、Prohibit from wasting repairing material, on the premise of not descending performance of equipment, make
sure of spare parts recycled.
在工作中保证检修材料的不浪费，在不降低设备性能的前提下确保设备配件的重复使用

5、 Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors
确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都遵照值班表工作，根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区

6、Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by doing spot checks in the
morning

7、Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to

8、Responsible to issues warnings to his subordinates for infringements of Hotel Rules and Regulations

14、Participates in the preparation of the annual POMEC Budget

15、Interacts and cooperates with Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior

19、 Assists every concerned technician with maintenance and repair when required and carry out trainings on
rules, regulations, operation standards etc. for the subordinates

20、 Prepares on-duty Log and conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are
