【岗位职责】
1. 负责制定并执行公司整体数字营销战略,提升品牌线上影响力和市场占有率。
2. 管理数字渠道(包括官网、社交媒体账号, 如微信公众号, 视频号,小红书,抖音,OTA等)的运营与优化,确保各平台内容的准确性及传播的一致性与有效性。
3. 策划并实施线上营销活动,提升品牌曝光度、用户互动及转化率;
4. 通过不同渠道营销并基于数据分析进行用户行为洞察,持续优化投放策略与用户体验,提高转化率与客户留存。
5. 主导线上营销活动的策划与实施,协调跨部门资源推进项目落地,达成业务增长目标。
6. 跟踪行业趋势及竞争对手动态,及时调整营销策略以保持竞争优势;
7. 管理数字营销预算,合理分配资源,确保投入产出比最大化。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy to enhance online brand influence and market share.
2. Manage and optimize digital channels (including official website, social media accounts, Wechat, Channels, Red, Tiktok, OTA, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency of content across platforms for effective communication.
3. Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure, user engagement, and conversion rates.
4. Conduct user behavior analysis based on data from various marketing channels, continuously optimizing advertising strategies and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
5. Lead the planning and execution of online marketing activities, coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure project implementation and achieve business growth targets.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies in a timely manner to maintain competitive advantage.
7. Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources reasonably, and maximize return on investment.

【岗位要求】
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告传播、电子商务或相关专业优先,对酒店行业数字营销有经验者优先,3年以上相关工作经验;
2、熟悉数字营销工具及平台;
3、具备优秀的数据分析能力,能够通过数据驱动决策;
4、良好的创意策划能力,能独立完成营销方案设计;
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力,能与跨部门团队高效合作;
6、工作细致、责任心强,能适应快节奏的工作环境;
7、中英文读写能力良好,能处理基本的英文邮件及报告。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, or related fields. Experience in digital marketing within the hospitality industry is preferred. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Strong data analytics capabilities, able to drive decision-making through data.
4. Excellent creative and planning skills, capable of independently designing marketing proposals.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
7. Proficient in written English, able to handle English emails and reports.
