1. 制定并执行数字营销策略以提升品牌知名度和产品销量。
2. 分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态，为产品定位和营销策略提供数据支持和建议。
3. 管理并优化公司数字营销渠道，包括网站、社交媒体平台、广告平台等，确保营销活动的有效性和ROI（投资回报率）。
4. 策划并执行线上营销活动，如促销活动、新品发布、品牌合作等，以吸引目标客户群体并促进转化。
5. 监控和分析营销数据，包括网站流量、用户行为、转化率等，以评估营销效果并持续优化策略。
6. 与跨部门团队（如产品、设计、技术等）紧密合作，确保营销活动的顺利执行和品牌一致性。
7. 跟踪并评估数字营销新技术和趋势，为公司的营销创新提供建议和支持。
1. 市场营销、商务或酒店管理专业毕业或同等学历优先。
2. 至少2年以上数字营销领域工作经验。
3. 精通至少一种数字营销工具或平台。
4. 具备出色的数据分析能力和市场洞察力，能够根据数据调整和优化营销策略。
5. 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
6. 创新思维和快速学习能力，能够适应快速变化的数字营销环境。
7. 良好的项目管理能力和时间管理能力，能够同时处理多个项目并确保按时完成。
8. 英语读写能力良好，能够阅读和理解英文营销资料和报告。
