【工作内容】
1.负责公司数字渠道的拓展与管理，制定并执行分销策略，提升产品在各平台的曝光与销售转化；
2.与各大电商平台、社交平台及第三方分销商建立合作关系，优化合作流程与效果评估；
3.分析市场数据与用户行为，持续优化分销渠道的运营策略，提升整体业绩；
4.协调内部资源，推动产品、营销与运营团队协同配合，确保分销目标达成。
【任职要求】
1.大专及以上学历，专业不限，对数字营销与电商运营有浓厚兴趣；
2.具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能快速适应多变的工作环境；
3.对数据分析有一定理解，能够通过数据驱动决策。
