1. 协助主管并监督日常工作。
2. 准备员工工作计划，在职责范围内管理并委派工作给员工。
3. 迅速巧妙地处理客人的投诉和要求，确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意，如果无法妥善处理客人的投诉和要求应请求主管的帮助。
4. 客人游泳时提防并注意客人的安全，任何情况下不能把客人单独留在游泳池。
5. 泳池范围内发生任何突发事件要立即通知管理层。
6. 在客人遇到麻烦时确保他/她的安全。
7. 每日检查游泳池。
8. 确保对游泳池进行消毒清洁。
9. 保管每日信息本并记录下一班应跟办的事项，客人投诉，不寻常的行为，以供康乐经理/康乐主管参考。
10. 向工程部汇报所有维修问题并检查维修是否已经完成。
11. 控制客用品消耗，检查清洁用品是否有足够存量。
12. 执行其它由管理层分派的工作。
