1. 负责酒店游泳池区域的日常安全巡查，严格执行救生观察流程，及时识别并排除溺水隐患。
2. 熟练操作泳池救生设备，在紧急情况下快速启动急救预案，实施心肺复苏等专业救援措施。
3. 协助酒店运营团队完成泳池设备的日常维护与水质监测，确保设施符合卫生防疫标准。
4. 为宾客提供基础的游泳安全指导，解答泳池使用相关问题，提升宾客体验。
1. 持有国家初级救生员资格证书及健康证，具备扎实的急救技能实操经验。
2. 熟悉酒店服务场景的安全管理规范，有1年以上酒店泳池或水上场所工作经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能在高压下保持冷静，高效处置突发状况。
4. 工作责任心强，严格遵守岗位纪律，无脱岗、离岗等违规记录。
