1. 负责游泳场馆、水上乐园等场所的日常安全巡视与水域监护，及时发现并处置溺水等突发险情；
2. 执行救生操作规程，熟练使用救生器材，实施紧急救援、心肺复苏等应急处置措施；
3. 协助开展安全宣传、游客引导及秩序维护工作，配合落实场所安全管理制度。
1. 具备中等职业教育（中专、技校、职高）及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 持有国家认可的有效《游泳救生员职业资格证书》（五级/初级及以上）；
3. 具备良好的身体素质和水性，无妨碍履行救生职责的健康限制；
4. 具备基本沟通能力与责任心，能适应轮班制工作安排；
5. 遵守法律法规，无违法犯罪记录，符合岗位安全从业要求
