1. 负责酒店收益管理策略的制定与实施，优化收入结构，提升整体盈利能力。
2. 分析市场动态、竞争对手及行业趋势，结合历史数据进行需求预测与价格策略调整。
3. 协调销售、运营、市场等部门，推动跨部门收益协同机制的建立与执行。
4. 监控关键绩效指标（KPI），定期输出收益分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。
5. 管理预订渠道与库存分配策略，最大化单位资源收益水平。
6. 持续优化收益管理系统和工具的应用，提升自动化与智能化管理水平。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、经济学、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上酒店收益管理、数据分析或相关领域工作经验，有行业成功案例者优先。
3. 熟练掌握Excel等办公软件，具备良好的数据处理与可视化能力。
4. 具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力及团队合作意识。
5. 工作认真负责，能够承受一定工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
