审核每天的餐饮收入和前台收入,所有收入必须遵循财务制度
编制收入报告，然后分发给餐厅经理和管理层。
确保酒店所有的促销时系统的设置符合财务制度
完成每月的餐费及招待费报表
完成每月的月底结账
确保所有折扣和杂费项目均附有相关单据列明具体收费项目。所有折扣应遵循财务制度。折扣，杂费及垫付款项应备有总结清单，每天提交给财务经理和总经理审批
对所有涉及优惠券，证书和凭单的活动均应妥善管理，施行安全措施。
审核每日总出纳的汇总表与存款单是否一致。
审查核对预付款项，确保付款到位。
核對每日收入是否与备份相符。
按管理层要求和安排执行各种特殊项目。
技能要求
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
熟练使用微软办公软件
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
良好的写作技能
学历
具有会计或相关领域的学士学位或毕业证书。
经验
三年收入审查或应收帐职位或类似职位的工作经验；或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
