1.遵循、了解所有皇冠假日政策、流程。
2.展现专业、温和的态度，符合洲际的行为准则。
3.收集与收入有关的文件并确保其准确性、与规定程序保持一致。
4.确保准确收集、记录、录入所有收入。
5.监督、记录所有住店客人收费并检验是否与规定程序相一致。
6.检查所有挂账，取消、免费账，所有差异需要记录并上报。
7.负责分类收到的账单和余额（客人挂账、城市挂账、定金挂账）
8.监督上报所有的可疑或不正确的抛账。
9.检验所有的支付方式是否正确，所有数据是否全都过账。
10.完成管理层指定的其他任务，协助会计其他方面的工作。
11.与总监沟通任何差异或存在的问题。
