负责厨房打荷区域的日常管理工作,合理安排人员分工,确保出餐效率与质量
协助厨师长制定打荷工作流程和标准操作规范,并监督执行
负责食材初加工、配菜准备及出餐前的摆盘协助,保证菜品规格统一、及时供应
检查所用食材的新鲜度与卫生状况,确保符合食品安全标准
负责本区域设备工具的维护保养及清洁管理,落实厨房卫生与安全制度
参与新员工培训与岗位指导,提升团队专业技能与协作水平
具有中专或以上学历,烹饪相关专业优先,持有健康证
具备至少1年担任打荷岗位经验
熟悉厨房工作流程,掌握配菜、刀工及出餐协调等基本技能
具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理意识,能在高强度环境下稳定工作
严格遵守食品安全与卫生管理规定,具备较强的责任心与执行力
