1.确保所有进来的货物均通过收货部收货,并且与采购单和市场采购清单核对。
2.对酒店库存系统拥有全面和广泛的知识，并负责系统维护。 一旦发现系统故障，应及时通知成本控制经理和财务经理。
3.进行每月成本核算，并确保按时上交所有月末报表。
4.执行并协调每月对于零售点、仓库及运营设备的存货盘点。
5.减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。
1.大专以上学历，优先考虑财会专业。
2.根据酒店经营需要，有效进行科学的成本测算。
3.对财务各项指标具有一定的敏感力。
4.能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议。
5.熟练掌握并使用财务核算软件。
