1. 负责餐厅及酒吧的日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程顺畅，提升顾客满意度。
2. 监督并指导服务团队，包括服务员、调酒师等，确保他们按照既定的服务标准和程序为顾客提供优质服务。
3. 处理顾客投诉与反馈，及时解决顾客在用餐或饮酒过程中遇到的问题，维护餐厅及酒吧的良好形象。
4. 协调与厨房、吧台等部门的沟通，确保菜品与饮品的及时供应，并监控质量与口感。
5. 管理餐厅及酒吧的库存，包括食材、酒水等，确保库存充足且避免浪费。
6. 参与制定并执行餐厅及酒吧的营销活动，提升品牌知名度和顾客粘性。
7. 定期对服务团队进行培训与考核，提升团队整体服务水平和专业素养。
8. 负责餐厅及酒吧的安全与卫生管理，确保符合相关法规要求。
1.酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具有相关餐厅或酒吧服务管理经验，熟悉服务行业运作流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能够处理各种突发情况。
4. 具有较强的顾客服务意识，能够迅速响应并解决顾客问题。
5. 熟悉餐饮行业法规，具备食品安全与卫生管理知识。
6. 具备一定的英语交流能力，以便更好地服务国际顾客。
7. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel等，进行日常管理与报表制作。
8. 身体健康，形象气质佳，能够适应餐厅及酒吧的工作环境。
