-Types correspondence and ensure accuracy of grammar,composition and format

- Handles incoming and outgoing calls according to hotel standards
以酒店的标准接听或拨打电话
-Clears IN/OUT trays for division and distributes to addresses concerned
清理和分发相关文件
- Ensures all correspondences，messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly
及时的查看并答复邮件，有必要时转发给相关人员
-Handles all appointments concerning the superior(s) and keeps track of his / her daily schedule andengagements
替上级合理的安排时间表及工作会议
- Ensures all arrangements aremade prior to meetings(booking of function room, set ups, meeting materialsetc.)
确定事前预定的会议(预定会议室，摆台及会议所需物品)
- Takes minutes for the meetingas required; ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned每天记录会议内容并发送给相关人员
- Ensures security and upkeep of all department confidential files
保存部门的秘密文件并确保安全
-Assist the hotel's front office department in peak reception work.
