Hiring Salary: 4000 - 5500

1. 全面负责总机话务团队的日常运营管理,包括排班调度、服务质量监控、话务数据统计与分析;
2. 制定并优化总机服务标准、应答话术及应急响应流程,持续提升客户来电体验与满意度;
3. 组织开展话务员业务培训、考核评估与绩效辅导,推动团队专业能力与服务意识整体提升;
4. 协调处理重大或升级类客户来电事项,对接前台、行政、IT及相关部门,保障信息流转及时准确;
5. 负责总机系统基础使用管理与需求反馈,配合技术部门完成功能优化与故障协同。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年以上高端酒店总机/前台/客户服务类岗位工作经验,其中至少1年带团队经验;
3. 熟练掌握主流电话系统操作,具备良好的语音表达、倾听理解与多线程沟通协调能力;
4. 具备基础的数据整理与报表制作能力,能独立完成服务指标分析并提出改进建议;
5. 形象端正,服务意识强,抗压能力好,具备较强的组织推动力与跨部门协作意识。
