1. 负责维护和发展与忠诚客户的关系，通过定期沟通、回访及个性化服务，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
2. 深入了解客户需求，为客户提供专业的金融产品和服务建议，协助客户完成产品购买及后续服务流程。
3. 跟踪客户使用产品的情况，及时解决客户在使用过程中遇到的问题，确保客户体验顺畅。
4. 收集并分析客户反馈，为产品优化和服务改进提供有价值的建议。
5. 参与制定并执行客户忠诚度提升计划，通过组织客户活动、提供专属优惠等方式，增强客户粘性。
1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 至少3年宾客服务经理或相关领域工作经验，有忠诚客户管理经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够妥善处理客户投诉和疑问。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力，能够根据客户反馈和市场变化调整服务策略。
6. 工作认真负责，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力。
