1. 负责酒店忠诚度计划(如IHG One Rewards)在三亚海棠湾英迪格酒店的本地化落地与日常运营,包括会员发展、活跃度提升及权益执行;
2. 策划并执行针对目标客群的忠诚度营销活动,协同市场部、前厅部及餐饮部推动会员注册、升级与复购转化;
3. 分析会员行为数据与消费画像,定期输出运营报告,提出优化建议并推动跨部门协作落地;
4. 为一线员工提供忠诚度计划政策、系统操作及话术培训,确保服务标准统一、响应及时;
5. 处理高价值会员的个性化需求与客诉升级,维护品牌美誉度与客户长期关系。

1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年及以上酒店业、高端生活方式品牌或国际连锁酒店集团会员运营、客户关系管理(CRM)或数字营销相关工作经验;
3. 熟悉主流酒店忠诚度体系(尤其是洲际酒店集团IHG One Rewards)运作逻辑,具备活动策划、数据分析及跨部门推动经验;
4. 具备良好的中英文书面与口头表达能力,能熟练使用Office办公软件及CRM系统(如Salesforce、Opera等);
5. 服务意识强,具备出色的沟通协调能力、客户洞察力及结果导向执行力。
