【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店强电系统的日常运行、维护及管理工作，确保电力设备安全稳定运行；
2、制定并执行强电设备的定期检查、保养及维修计划，及时排除故障；
3、监督强电设备的节能管理，优化用电方案，降低能耗成本；
4、配合工程部完成强电系统的改造、升级及新设备的安装调试；
5、管理强电团队，分配工作任务，确保团队成员高效协作；
6、处理突发电力故障，制定应急预案，确保酒店运营不受影响；
7、负责强电相关技术资料的整理、存档及更新；
8、协助其他部门解决与强电相关的技术问题。
【岗位要求】
1、具备强电系统相关工作经验，熟悉高低压配电、照明系统等设备维护；
2、掌握电气设备维修、保养及故障排除技能，持有电工操作证优先；
3、具备一定的团队管理能力，能够合理安排工作任务并监督执行；
4、责任心强，工作细致，具备良好的应急处理能力；
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与各部门有效配合；
6、能适应不同班次，服从工作安排。
