岗位职责：
1、负责公司日常应付账款的管理与审核，确保各项付款流程的规范性和合法性；
2、协调供应商对账，处理付款异常，优化支付流程，提高财务效率；
3、参与编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，提供准确的应付账款数据支持；
4、监督应付账款系统的运行，确保数据的及时性和准确性，提出系统改进建议；
5、配合审计机构完成应付账款相关的审计工作，确保财务信息的透明和合规。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业背景；
2、3年以上应付账款相关工作经验，有酒店行业经验者优先；
3、熟悉国家财务政策、会计准则及税务法规，具备初级会计职称；
4、熟练使用财务软件及办公自动化软件，具有较强的数据分析能力；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能在团队中发挥领导作用，推动流程优化。
